Canyon All-Staters Decided

We are thrilled to celebrate an incredible accomplishment by our choir students! Pictured are the six Canyon students who earned a place in the prestigious TMEA All-State Choir. This achievement is the result of months of dedication, focus, and hard work, as these students began preparing for the All-State audition process back in June of 2025.

The journey to All-State is no small feat. Students advance through four rigorous audition rounds—District, Region, Pre-Area, and Area—competing against some of the finest singers from across the state for a coveted spot in one of TMEA’s four All-State choirs. Canyon proudly brought 12 outstanding contenders to the Area level and returned home with 6 All-State singers.

These students will go on to perform with fellow All-State musicians from across Texas at the TMEA Convention in San Antonio this February—an unforgettable and well-deserved honor. We are incredibly proud of how they represented our school, our choir program, and our region, and we are so thankful for their commitment, perseverance, and passion. Congratulations to our All-Staters on this remarkable success!
