"Hedwig's Theme" from Harry Potter is a really fun piece to play. It uses mostly D and A string notes, but you will have to play one note on the G string. You will also need to play a C natural, which is in the space between the first and second tapes on the A string. You can do it! Use the information written on the music page and the video to help you learn it. There is also information under "Finger Tips" on page 26 (G string notes) and page 30 (C natural) in the book.

Fiddle Fun is a short tune using the notes on the D and A string. The piece also has what are called Double Stops, which is when you play two notes (on different strings) at the same time. To do this, you need to angle your bow so it covers both strings at the same time. For this piece, the second note is always the Open D string, so you only need to use your left hand on the A string. A video demonstration is included below.
