9-12 Grade Recommendations:

These are recommendations only. Students and their parents should review the materials checked out to be sure they are appropriate for the reader's age and the parents' expectations.
"Red dot" books are those books that contain some form of mature content. The content may vary. This could include: sexual references, drugs, gender bias, etc.
The books on this list are recommendations. Any book with an asterisk (*) before the title, has been read by the librarian. Any Book with two asterisk (**) before the title has been read and is loved by the librarian. Any book with three asterisks (***) before it means your librarian read it, loved it, and has a copy of her own at home.
Each book that the library owns is linked to our catalog. There are a few listed on here that the library does not own currently (hopefully soon).
Please check the Classics recommendations for books that are recommended reading before attending college (and to just make you a well rounded person).
