For every workout, you need a fitness mat (towel is great too!), a pair of dumbbells (if you don’t have a set don't let that hold you back...grab two cans of the same food or get creative with other objects around you), water, and if joining me virtually a phone/tablet/computer to access the link through Zoom. Virtually, you can set up inside, in your garage, on a patio, your driveway, you name it! I encourage you to turn on your camera when you come into the virtual workout. Trust me; I know being on camera can be nerve wracking because I wasn't used to it either! BUT, I want to see you if you are comfortable with it!! Seeing you allows me to encourage you, coach you through proper form, and create a community.
