I am so excited for you to get started on this journey. You will likely love and hate me during this process, but I can promise that if you stick with it; you will not only be proud of yourself, but you will become the best version of yourself. You will be stronger and faster than you have ever been! CG is an amazing family with a fun, loving and encouraging environment. Even though the workouts will be challenging ALL FITNESS LEVELS are welcome and YOU can absolutely do this.

about me

Over 6 years ago I was invited to “try” Camp Gladiator with my friend. I had no idea what I was walking into but I trusted my friend. I will never forget my first day at CG, it changed my life forever.

I am very passionate about helping people, I love community and positive change. CG brings all these together. It is so much more than a workout. Though teaching was my career before, I found my true path by becoming a partner trainer with CG. I love it!

I am also a wife, mom to one beautiful red head and friend to many. I would love to help you on this journey to health. I am here to support you in any capacity that I am able. Let’s do this together!
