Marchfest frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to watch performances?
Indoor events are free of charge!
Admission to the field events is $5 (18 and younger are free). Hand stamping will take place so spectators may come and go as often as they wish.
When do events begin?
Parade: 9:00 AM
Indoor events at the high school: 10:40 AM - 5:45 PM
Outdoor events at the football field: 11:15 AM - 6:40 PM
Awards ceremony, football field: 6:45 PM
Where can I buy food?
Concessions are located inside the high school football field gates, as well as at the high school commons near the indoor events. Lunch type foods will be available at the field as well as in the high school commons near the indoor events. *See FOOD tab for up-to-date information.
How can I find more information about the schedule and performers?
Event programs can be purchased for $3 at the field or the high school, and make great keepsakes!
Is there Marchfest merchandise?
Yes! T-shirts are being sold at the football field and at the high school indoor events. Additional merchandise may also be available for purchase.
Where can I park?
Parking is available at the football field, in the south high school lot, as well as several side streets. There is parking available, with access to the north entrance of CHS, in the front circle drive and Vo-Ag lot (Chestnut St). There is also overflow parking available at First Baptist Church (202 E Ford St).
Is there public transportation?
A trolley will run a route from the high school to the football field. This service is offered free to Marchfest spectators, but TIPS ARE ENCOURAGED.
Is there a first aid station?
The first aid station is located at the south entrance to the football field.
Where are public restrooms?
There are restrooms located at the football field, inside the high school, and at McCorkle & Recreation Parks. Porta-potties are available at locations visible on the Parking Map (PP) . **See: "Parking" tab.
