In the Render Properties (camera icon)
Turn on “Raytracing” by placing a tick in the check box.
Expand the "Raytracing" Property by clicking on ">" caret symbol, when it points down "v" it reveals more options.
4. Expand "Fast GI Approximation" property, by clicking on ">" caret symbol, when it points down "v" it reveals more options.
5. Change the Threshold to "1".
