Computer Laboratory (Cambridge) & Hybrid | May 21 (Half-day)
Attendees are invited to present ongoing or published research (loosely) related to the workshop theme during the poster session (15:30-16:30).
Hybrid: Virtual attendees will have their posters published on the workshop website. Depending on the volume of submissions, virtual presenters will be given a chance to present their work to online attendees in parallel to the in-person poster session. More details about this will be shared after the submission deadline.
In-person: in-person attendees will be responsible for printing their own posters (suggested dimensions: A0 portrait / A1 landscape). Presenters will be able opt-in for their posters to be published on the workshop website alongside virtual submissions should they wish to.
Poster submissions should be emailed to gjg34@cam.ac.uk by end-of-day Tuesday 19th May. Submissions should include: poster (PDF/image), title, abstract and contact details. Also, make sure to let us know if you wish your poster to be published on the website. (Optional) You may wish to include a short biography and/or picture for the website.
Submission will be reviewed to ensure that they are (more or less) relevant to workshop theme and people in attendance, ideally sitting at the intersection of human-centered AI and Education.
Submission deadline: Tuesday 19th May, 11:59PM.
Notification of acceptance: by Wednesday 20th May, 12:00PM.
