Summer Reading

This is the link to the reading list.

Incoming 7th grade students are being required to read at least two novels (NOT necessarily from this list) and during their first class with me, will be instructed to write two paragraphs (seven sentences each) for each of the novels explaining:

1. The underlying theme providing two examples directly from the book

2. Character development of the protagonist or antagonist providing two examples directly from the book

AND prior to the first day of school, students are required to submit a reaction video (via any google chrome extension) at least two minutes in length discussing their favorite part of the book and why for each novel. This is the part where they can have some fun!
