• Pick a fictional novel at least 150 pages in length (it cannot be a book you read for summer reading previously)

• Create your blog, vlog, podcast (or mixture of them). This is where you will host all of your work. Go to the website at the bottom of the page for detailed instructions about this. 

  • Blogs require 6 entries w/ at least 250 words each and should be done throughout the book (space them out so they cover the entire plot of the book) 

  • Vlog requires 6 entries of at least 4 minutes each and should be done throughout the book (space them out so they cover the entire plot of the book) 

  • Podcast requires 6 entries of at least 8 minutes each and should be done throughout the book (space them out so they cover the entire plot of the book) 

  • You can mix & match all of the above options but you must still have 6 entries and must adhere to the requirements. 

• Prepare for class discussion. On the second day of class, there will be a book-talk where you must discuss your book with others--this means you must be knowledgeable about it!
