Photography is a creative, innovative and exciting course, which allows students to develop digital technologies, skills, knowledge and a professionally based photographic understanding.
Students will explore a wide range of techniques and processes including Photoshop, slow shutter speed, studio work and experimental manipulations.
The course investigates numerous disciplines such as portrait, fashion, landscape and documentary/street photography. Locations and local visits provide inspiration and are encouraged as part of the learning journey.
Work is produced using digital sketchbooks and printed outcomes. Looking at the work of other cultures and practitioners are integral to the course and students’ global awareness.
