Compass is a TK-12th grade school support program. Our program focuses on improving student engagement by fostering students’ academic, social, behavioral, and emotional skills through relationship-based interventions. We work in tandem with students, learning coaches, and teachers to bring about success for our students and families. Compass is an individualized and positive intervention where we take a holistic and supportive approach to helping students and families engage with the educational process and become successful learners with our school.

Hi! Welcome to the Compass Program and to CAVA and IQLA! Compass has two goals: we serve as the launching pad to get new families off to a Strong Start each year, and we help support student engagement throughout the school year.
