May 4th-May 8th

This week we will begin to discuss force and motion. Students will have a variety of assignments to complete this week beginning with an interactive assignment on Newton's Law of Motion using Baseball as an example. There will also be a vocabulary quiz on Wednesday followed by a reading and practice from Study Island.

Week 3- April 6-10

This week we will begin discussing heredity and genetics. I have added a powerpoint presentation for students to view along with some questions to answer. All work for this week will be due on Thursday. Please check out the video to help with the Punnett square practice problems.

Week 2- March 30-April 3

This week is all about vocabulary. You need to be familiar with terms related to genetics and heredity before we begin discussing this section. There will be 3 assignments this week including a vocabulary quiz on Friday. Please do not use notes to help with the quiz. Please know that copying and pasting does not help you to learn and retain information so please do not copy and paste. Every assignment should be written in your own words.

Week 1-3/23-3/27

Students should check Google classroom for daily and weekly assignments. This week the following assignments should be completed: Chapter 26 Weather, Atmosphere and Water cycle, Cell reproduction, human reproduction, and heredity. Only submit the assignments once.
