This week's lesson is on the area of triangles and trapezoids. I have posted the lesson videos and notes on classroom and the video will be here on the site as well. They have 2 assignments to do this week. The first is a worksheet that I've put into a form and the second is to do 10 problems on the site Mathgames.com. Both links are in classroom and will be due on Sunday. Spring Break starts Friday so make sure all work is done before then so you can enjoy your time off.

I have uploaded my lesson on Area of Rectangles and Parallelograms to google Classroom and also to the Lesson Videos page here on this site in case you all need help assisting your child. This week, they are expected to watch the lesson, and then complete a form where I have added some area problems. Then, they should do the Khan Academy assignment on area of parallelograms. If they need any extra practice, they are always allowed to do extra work on Khan Academy. There are videos and articles for each section to supplement my teaching.

There are 2 assignments due this Friday. Students should complete the 2 edpuzzle videos and accompanying questions. I have posted a lesson on the Area of Circles in case they have forgotten how to find area. All of my lessons can be found here on the lesson videos page as well as on your child's google classroom.
