ACP for 2023-2024

The Cadott Community School District ACP Plan includes aligned courses, experiences, and services that are developed and implemented using a collaborative process between the school district, families, and the local community, as well as partners in business/industry and higher education.  The following plan, broken down by grade level, is in place for the 2023-2024 school year.  The plan will remain flexible, however, and may be modified due to changes in need, resources, or opportunities.


Grade 6

Career Unit in Guidance Class: Introduction to Xello–Personalize Xello account and complete 

lessons in School Subjects at Work, Interests, Decision-making, and Time Management.

21st Century Skills in Guidance Class: Complete SEL lessons on Working in Diverse Groups, 

Communicating, Problem-solving, And Thinking Flexibly.


Grade 7

7th Grade Orientation Night for students and parents–Tuesday, August 29, 5:30-7:00pm

Transition to 7th Grade individual conference with school counselor–October
