Session One (Sep.16 - Nov.8)

SIGN UP Begin on Monday Aug.27

Sign up link will be posted on the ASA website, sent by e-mail & published on the newsletter of Aug. 30

SIGN UP will be open until Sunday Sep.2

It will be open for 7 days including the weekend

Sign up will be closed on Monday Sep. 3 at 7:30 am

After that date, joining activities will depend upon availability

Schedules of confirmed activities will be sent to parents on Sunday Sep. 9 after 4:30 pm.

Schedules will also be shared with: Classroom teachers/ ES Office / Campus Supervisor / Gate Supervisor/ Transportation office

The session will begin on the week of Sunday Sep. 16

The Production week will be on the week of Sunday Nov. 11

November 11, 12, & 14 : ES PRODUCTION WEEK - Rehearsal in the Theatre from 3:15 - 5:15

From 9 - 9:30 OR from 5:30 - 6

September 2, 3 & 5 : ES Production Auditions, Drama Room

Saturday, September 22 : ES Production Rehearsal - 12 - 4 in Theatre

Saturday, October 13 : ES Production Rehearsal - 12 - 4 in Theatre

Saturday, November 3 : ES Production Rehearsal - 12 - 4 in Theatre

Production Performance will be in the theater on the below dates

Thursday, November 15 : ES PRODUCTION SHOW - Theatre from 3 - 7 (show 5:30 - 7)

Friday, November 16 : ES PRODUCTION SHOW - Theatre from 10 - 4 (show 1:30 - 3)

Sunday November 25- ES Production Cast Party ES Hall 3:15-4

NO ASA WEEKS

During these weeks, there will be NO ASA. Students will be expected to leave the campus right after school unless directly supervised by an adult.

Week of Sunday Dec.16 ( right before winter break)

Session TWO (Dec.2-Feb.20)

It will be open for 7 days including the weekend

Sign up will be closed on Tuesday Nov.13 at 7:30 am
