If you have a general tech Canvas issue, the first line of tech support is the Canvas Tech Support phone hotline (877) 325-2095 and chat support. If your issue can not be resolved by the Canvas Tech Support folks, they will recommend you contact the TLC for Cabrillo-specific support or they will contact the TLC to escalate the issue.

If you do not see the request below, there is an "other" category where you can detail your inquiry. General Types of Requests
Access to a course for an incomplete
Copy/duplicate your course content to share with another instructor
Add a Faculty Peer Evaluator
Delete a sandbox/development shell
Request a sandbox
Add a Cabrillo employee or student employee to your course such as a Teacher Assistant, Supplemental Instruction Leader, or Designer. Depending on the role requested, you may be asked for Dean/supervisor approval of the request.
