The TLC supports faculty and staff in Canvas Admin requests. See below for the list of support requests. If you do not see the request below, the Canvas Chat Live Help can assist you with your questions. They are humans on the other end and not a bot! The TLC receives the transcripts from the chat and if an issue is not resolved, it will be escalated to the TLC to follow up with you. If you do not hear back from the TLC with a follow-up to any unresolved matters, email us: tlc@cabrillo.edu
