To locate Dashboard, click on the "Flex Total" icon on the top left corner of the VRC Welcome Page:

Understanding your Dashboard

• Full Time Faculty - You will see a bar graph with your total Flex credit you have received for the current year. Hover over the graph to see the total more clearly. You are required to complete 36 hours per year.

• Associate Faculty - You will see three bar graphs

  1. Completed PD Flex Report Fall - This graph tells you the total Flex credit you have received for the current year during Fall. Hover over the graph to see the total more clearly.

  2. Completed PD Flex Report Spring - This graph tells you the total Flex credit you have received for the current year during Spring. Hover over the graph to see the total more clearly.

  3. Required Flex Hours for Current Term - This graph tells you how many hours you NEED to complete in the current term (either Fall or Spring)
