A Hard Work

All people need to be treated with respect and equality and it doesn't matter what position the persons have at their work. From my point of view, I think it's unfair that field workers earn much less than landowners, because fieldworkers work so hard and they have to support their families.

The first reason I think it is unfair that field workers get paid less is because every day the fieldworkers work many hours. Also, after they work in the hot sun, they need to continue working, packaging the fruit because the fieldworkers need to pick all the fruit because it can be bad for another day. Also if they want to get paid more, they need to work many hours.

The second reason is that landowners need to think of their workers and give them support because fieldworkers every day do a hard job and never give up. All the days they have a lot energy and they try to do their best work.

The last reason is that landowners need to give fieldworkers good insurance for them and their families because sometimes they pay a lot when they feel sick or someone in their family is sick. It's a difficult job and they need benefits.

To sum up, the fieldworkers need to be treated in a good way. My mom is a field worker and I'm proud of her because every day she has a lot energy and never gives up.
