Welcome to the Academy! I am really looking forward to meeting you and the other incoming Year 8s in June and August for our Induction Days. Starting a new school is very exciting. I know you might have some worries about moving schools but we are all here to help you settle in. Enjoy your summer!

Primary 7s, I am delighted to be able to finally meet you all on 24th June.  Your teachers and form tutors are busy making plans for your arrival and I know that you will love your time here in the Academy.  If you are not able to make it into school on 24th June, don’t worry, as there will another opportunity to meet your form class on 21st August. Enjoy your final few weeks in Primary School and I look forward to seeing you all very soon 

Hello, Primary 7s! Welcome to your new school! We are so excited about welcoming you into our school community this year. It is my job to make sure your move from primary school is as smooth as possible and I will be on hand to help out with any worries you have in your first year. We have lots of activities planned throughout the year to help you settle into life in the Academy. We can’t wait to see you all at the end of June. Hello everyone, and a very warm welcome to the Academy! We hope you’re excited about all the new subjects and opportunities Year 8 will bring. My role is to support you by monitoring your progress in each subject. If you ever find something challenging, please don’t worry - we have a range of support available, including peer mentoring, one-to-one assistance, and lunchtime clubs; you are never on your own. We value every pupil and make it a priority to celebrate effort and achievement throughout the year. I look forward to meeting you all soon.
