Description: Nutrition and Food Science focuses on the health and well-being of people in their everyday lives. The course will help enable students to address increasingly complex challenges related to human needs, the management of resources to meet those needs and making informed decisions about nutrition and consumer issues. This will provide you with the opportunity to develop a wide range of transferable skills and capabilities such as critical and creative thinking, decision- making, problem-solving, designing research tools, analytical aptitude and target-setting.
