Using the Alpha Map as mask to build the concrete and steel in Material editor
just connect them up :)
Vertex paint the Textures to simulate the Corrosion acting on the concrete while also making it look more interesting
I added some parameters to control the height lerp and Textcoord
Here i am using rerouting note for organizing

next step is to add a layer of wall paint on top of the concrete
I am using the green channel for the paint
Exporting Merged Noises to save texture space, to add visual complexity to the wind, later used for distortion as well

The concrete is almost complete but still need a little bit of distortions to look more natural
I was using my old RGB noises to create the distortion, then adding controls for future tunning
The concrete is now complete. It can generate different steel bar and creaks according to the material instance settings
