On this document you will find all of your grades from your time in high school except for your senior year grades. This is the document most schools will receive. Take a look at the blue circles portions- these include the differences between GPAs and Class Rank.

This document is absolutely necessary to have with you when completing the CSU and UC applications. This document has all of your A-G courses listed and the grades you received. It is listed in the same format that you will enter in the application. This document also has your State ID # and GPA. Be sure to look through this and reach out to your counselor if you have any questions or concerns.
