Email copies or pictures of the following documents to Esmeralda Venegas at evenegas@c-vusd.org for permit approval.

• Completed C-VUSD Intra-District Permit Application (linked below)

• Proof of residency: Gas or Electric bill in a parent's name (If you live with someone else and do not have this available, please contact Courtney Greenhagen at 626-974-6208.)

• Grades and Transcript(s)

• Record of Attendance

• Discipline Record or verification of no discipline record from current school 

*Please note- This process takes time. Please allow at least two weeks to hear back regarding approval/denial.

*You may also bring paper copies of the documents Into the school office during regular business hours and complete a paper copy of the permit.

Once you are notified that your child's permit has been approved, complete the online enrollment through Aeries. If you currently have access to the Aeries Parent Portal, this is a different system. You still need to create an account and information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical, and language information will be required. A current email address is also required to begin this process. 

You will have the option to choose South Hills as your preferred school.

Email copies or pictures of the following documents to shhscounseling@c-vusd.org:

• Birth certificate (Hospital Certificate of Birth is not acceptable)

• Immunization Records

*Please make sure that your child's name is listed in the subject line of the email.
