District of choice
If your student is in one of these programs (Special Education or Speech and Language), do not begin the Online Enrollment Process.

We are excited that you would like your child to attend South Hills High School. If your child was accepted into South Hills through the District of Choice process, please complete the following steps:
STEP 1: Complete paperwork
Complete the following forms and documents linked below:
K-12 Enrollment Form
Enrollment Information Sheet
Home Language Survey
Race/Ethnicity Form
STEP 2: Submit Documents
Email copies or pictures of the following documents to shhscounseling@c-vusd.org:
Enrollment Documents listed above (K-12, Enrollment Form, Language Survey, Race/Ethnicity)
Birth certificate (Hospital Certificate of Birth is not acceptable)
Immunization Records
Grades and Transcript(s)
Record of attendance
Discipline Record
*Please make sure that your child's name is listed in the subject line of the email.
*You may also bring paper copies of the documents Into the school office during regular business hours.
STEP 3: Complete Class Selection Process
Watch the video below based on the grade that your child will be entering to learn about the classes that are available and then select your child's classes by clicking on the New Student Registration link.
If your child will be entering 11th or 12th grade, you can complete the class selection link above and contact the Counseling Office to schedule an appointment with your child's counselor to confirm the selections.
FInal Enrollment confirmation
Once all of your child's paperwork is received and reviewed, you will be contacted by South Hills to confirm the enrollment process is complete. A counselor will review the documents and place your child in the classes you selected or the appropriate classes based on transcript review and class availability.
