Party Room Rental
Party package - 2 hours and 30 minutes for the party room and use of the pool for 15 kids.
In-district resident: $150
Out of district resident: $200.
Adult non-swimmers are no extra charge.
Organizer brings their own party supplies and is responsible for throwing away all garbage and supplies.
The party package is available during regular operating hours.
Friday Night Special (Valid only during Dome season only)
$75 for a party room rental with pool use on Friday nights. The rental includes use of the party room and pool from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Pool Facility Rental
Rates per hour
Renting the pool facility is dependent on finding enough lifeguards. This type of rental is during hours when the pool is not open to the public.
Rates
$150 per hour - Use of the pool with party room available (up to 60 swimmers - need 4 guards)
$200 per hour - Use of the pool with party room available (61 - 136 swimmers - need 5 guards)
More than 136 swimmers - contact the pool director (jdachel@bwsd.k12.wi.us)
Out of district organizer or organization - extra $50 fee for the pool rental.
