The AV Representatives serve as the primary technical caretaker for their assigned classroom or venue, ensuring all audio-visual systems remain well-maintained and operationally ready.

Core Responsibilities

The role balances active technical support with proactive equipment stewardship:

Lesson Readiness: Assisting teachers with the initial setup of projectors and visualizers to minimize technical delays during lessons.

Equipment Stewardship: Shutting down all AV hardware at the end of the day to preserve equipment lifespan and conserve power.

First-Line Hardware Monitoring: Inspecting the physical condition of cables and reporting technical malfunctions that require further maintenance.

Technical Support Bridge: Acting as the liaison between educators and technology to ensure a seamless, disruption-free learning environment.
