Strategic Thrusts
To embed technology extensively into daily education, the masterplan outlines five strategic focus areas:
Thrust 1: Empowering student learning through AI-enabled customization and personalization.
Thrust 2: Strengthening Digital Literacy and Technological Skills (DLTS) alongside robust Cyber Wellness education.
Thrust 3: Utilizing technology as an enabler to develop and assess 21st Century Competencies (21CC).
Thrust 4 & 5: Fostering a collaborative school culture and providing advanced professional development to strengthen the teaching fraternity's EdTech expertise.
Key Enablers
System-wide implementation is supported by three pillar mechanisms:
1. Learning Analytics: Leveraging data to make informed teaching and learning decisions.
2. Agile Infrastructure: Automating school processes for operational efficiency and enhancing physical learning environments.
3. The EdTech Ecosystem: Building public-private partnerships, engaging parents as critical home support partners, and benchmarking against international best practices.
