Bowen Open House Student Leader Recruitment Drive

The Recruitment Drive is an annual event designed to welcome passionate and driven students into Bowen Secondary School's core student leadership and service bodies. This initiative highlights the essential roles our student leaders play in building a vibrant school culture, fostering a supportive environment, and maintaining the school's digital infrastructure.

Student Leadership Pathways

Candidates have the opportunity to explore various pathways for personal and leadership growth across our key student bodies:

* Student Council: Serving as the voice of the student body, driving school spirit, and leading major school-wide initiatives and events.

* Peer Support Board: Acting as pillars of empathy and care, dedicated to building a welcoming, inclusive, and emotionally supportive environment for every Bowenian.

* Tech Champions: Supporting the school's digital ecosystem by developing expertise in advanced audio-visual (AV) setup management, hardware maintenance, and software troubleshooting.
