All Elem and K-8 TLs will come to IT/Ed Tech offices and work with their assigned grade level teams to reflect, collaborate, and craft ideas for how best to support Shared Reading, Book Clubs, and Interactive Reading as outlined in the Fountas & Pinnell literacy curriculum.
TLs at Dual Language schools - Steve K. , Jeanette S., and David S. will also join join this group but their discussions and work will focus on ReadyGens’s Close Reading, Interactive Reading activities, and ReadyGen’s Realize online resources.
There’s no need to change anything in MyPassport.
All TLs, Elem and Secondary, will meet at the Southern Hills Middle School library from 8-11:30AM.
Secondary TLs need to register for this day in MyPassort--course code 23009--attendance is required.
Tentative Agenda:
*Secondary TLs should be prepared to share what they learned in their Prof. Pathway with the entire TL group. For example, if multiple secondary TLs attended the 4Cs Prof. Pathway you should work together as a team to determine what and how you will share with the TL group (approx. 15-20 min.).
