Beginning Band

The Beginning Band is open to any new band member with no prior experience. The purpose of this ensemble is to train musicians on their respective instruments through performance. Music is chosen for this ensemble to provide growth for all students. Enrollment in this group may require out-of-school functions such as concerts, competitions, parades, and extra rehearsals/sectionals if in-person meetings become possible. In Beginning Band, the following instruments are offered: flute, clarinet, alto saxophone, trumpet, trombone, baritone, tuba, and percussion.
