Conducted an informal equity audit on Mt. Vernon High School. Shared the findings with EPPSP Cohort 40 and MVCSC Superintendent. Dove into demographics, assessment data, special education, high ability, english langauge learners, Title I students, and our school's discipline data.

We were tasked to demonstrate our ability to apply knowledge learned in Phase I - III and build an independent school proposal/presentation with a collaborative partner. My partner and I presented our school, NuForm High School. In this presentation, we had to include: Student & Staff handbook, School Discipline Plan, Crisis Management Plan, Comprehensive Budget, Family and Community, Engagement Plan. Teacher Evaluation Rubric and Instructional Leadership Plan, Professional Development Plan, and Marketing and Enrollment Plan.
