Unit Goals
Cadet Impact Goals
Each flight maintain at least an 85% average on weekly open ranks inspection.
Maintain an overall cadet corps 80% eligibility rate for each six week grading period.
School Impact Goals
Develop and maintain a TX-20008 cadet public affairs/social media page to use for in school recruiting - (goal of 10 new cadets from within high schools for next school year).
Create three recruiting videos to send to feeder middle schools and use in the host school and two cross-town schools.
Community Impact Goals
Execute three community service events that fit into COVID-19 standards and regulations (Virtual/Not face to face community service).
Each flight bring in unwrapped toys (number of toys per flight to be 70% of total flight members) to donate toward Burkburnett Volunteer Fire Department : Operation Santa Claus.
