The Diplomat Hotel is a game based on an eerie abandoned structure with a shady past that is said to be one of the Philippines' most haunted places.

The story of the game began with a person watching a documentary about the Old Diplomat Hotel, but he became fascinated and curious about what was really going on there. As a result, he chose to go to the location specified in the documentation. However, there are plenty of dangers forming inside the hotel.

The Diplomat Hotel is a first-person 3D horror-escape game.

The player must figure out a way to leave the hotel. To accomplish so, he must locate the correct key to the main entrance; however, there is more than one key in the game. In addition, he must avoid the enemy in order to proceed to the next floor of the building and avoid being killed or failing the goal.

The game starts inside the hotel, the player needs to find a way to get out of the hotel with the help of a flashlight.

To do that, the player needs to find the right keys and an item that opens the locked and jammed doors to complete each level. When the player successfully finds and picks up the key, the enemy ghosts will start to track down the player.

The player needs to avoid having contact with the enemy ghosts while looking for the locked and jammed doors, the player can also turn off the flashlight or hide inside the rooms. If the player fails to keep away from the enemy ghost the game is over .

Levels

The level of the game depends on the floor levels of the building, the higher the floor- the more ghost will track you down. The movement speed of ghosts will also increase and will rage if the player is within the range of the ghost.

The game revolves around this model, and with the help of our research team, we were able to find and identify the number of storeys, rooms, and the building's width and height. The structure has three storeys and one stairwell. Then, using Blender 3D, we developed a 3D version of the structure, which has the identical rooms, floors, and fountains on both sides. Using the mirror modifier, we were able to develop this symmetrical building.

With the use of mirror and subdivision modifiers, this 3D model is the prototype of our enemy ghost, starting with the skull, arms, which are connected by the spinal cord, ribs, pelvic bone, legs, and hands. Also, there's a smooth modifier. The 3D models that we download from the Unity shop include chairs, tables, furniture, and other stuff.
