The Myers-Briggs Personality test that identifies 16 different personality types. These types are determined based on how individuals precieve the world around them. This test can be useful as an aid to determine different careers. It is also helpful to know your personality type and how you may fit in the workplace. In fact, many employers use this system when hiring.
