Functional MRI processing

Introduction

The FrankLab (FL) pipeline was developed by Alfonso Nieto-Castañón to process and analyze functional MRI data. It starts with the raw imaging data and goes through all the steps from preprocessing to first- and second-level analysis, as well as the necessary QA steps. The pipeline takes advantage of the BIDS format, and is customizable at each step through configuration files. We recommend starting with the documentation below, and dabbling in the training videos as needed. For further information, please contact Alfonso.

Examples of studies that have used the FL pipeline include SEQPDS, SRATE, RHY, and ACE.

Training videos

The training videos were recorded in tandem with the development of the FL pipeline. As such, some of the information evolved over time and may not reflect the current version of the software. We have started to provide an overview of the videos here - to give you an idea of which videos are most helpful, and which ones may not have the most up-to-date information.
