Calm Your Mind: Take a few deep breaths, close your eyes, and imagine your favorite calming place. Maybe it's a beach with gentle waves or a cozy treehouse.
Get Moving: Do some jumping jacks, run in place, or have a dance party! Moving your body helps burn off energy and clear your head.
Unleash Your Creativity: Color in a coloring book, build something with blocks, or write a silly story. Let your imagination run wild!
Cuddle Time: Grab your favorite stuffed animal or blanket and snuggle up for a quiet read or just some relaxing time.
Sensory Play: Play with some calming sensory toys like a squishy stress ball or a jar filled with colorful beads.
Listen Up: Put on some calming music or nature sounds and close your eyes for a few minutes. Focus on the sounds and let your worries melt away.
