Youlande Biosah is an educational leader, consultant, and advocate for equity in education, with a strong track record in school improvement, curriculum development, and advancing academic achievement. She is a Head of Secondary in the UAE, where she drives whole-school strategic development and staff leadership growth.

As the co-founder of Mindful Equity UK, Youlande is committed to increasing the representation of Black and Asian women in teaching and supporting their progression into leadership roles. A champion for diverse and inclusive leadership, she has chaired equity and inclusion boards, including OCR’s Equity Board, and currently serves as a Trustee for The Outward Bound Trust.

With 11 years of teaching and 8 years in senior leadership, Youlande holds a BSc in Psychology and an MA in Educational Leadership from UCL, with research focusing on race, agency, and leadership. Certified in IB leadership and safeguarding, she is passionate about building high-performing school cultures, fostering inclusivity, and driving professional development for educators.

Nimisha Tailor is a competition and regulation specialist with international experience. She has advised large tech companies, central banks, think tanks and international organisations in the areas of digital finance, digital trade, data governance, e-commerce and logistics. She has worked on consulting projects in Asia Pacific, United States and Latin America and brings a gender lens to digital policies and regulations. She is also the author of the book The Female Digital Revolution which showcases the role of women in the digital economy.

Previously, Nimisha was Deputy Director at the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore and has worked at competition authorities in United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia (secondment).

Nimisha is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders and mentors young female professionals and university students, globally and regionally. As a mentor for the NexGen Keynote Women Speakers programme, she has supported talented women to make impactful speeches on stage by drawing on her public and private sector work experience.

Nimisha served in the UK Government Economic Service and has a MSc degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Erin is a globally-minded school leader, educational consultant, and advocate for learning environments where well-being, global citizenship, and purpose thrive. With over 25 years in education, Erin’s leadership has spanned impactful roles in Ghana, South Korea, Togo, Bali, New York, Switzerland, Thailand, and China. She has driven curriculum development, fostered strong communities, and spearheaded sustainable growth in diverse educational settings.

As the founder of Happiness 101: Cultivating Ecosystems for Happiness, Erin designs programs that emphasize social-emotional learning, resilience, and student empowerment, using the United Nations’ 9 Domains for Happiness as a framework to integrate well-being into school culture. Her work with the United Nations and CBK Associates has led to the creation of concept-based curriculum frameworks that align with the Sustainable Development Goals, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles, and environmental stewardship.

A TEDx speaker and international presenter, Erin shares her expertise globally, inspiring educators and leaders to create empowering, relevant learning experiences. She serves as an IB consultant, advisor for Design for Change, and works with Cathryn Berger Kaye Associates to advance educational initiatives. Known for her people-centered leadership, Erin combines strategic vision with empathy, cultivating compassionate, sustainable, and joy-filled learning environments. Driven by the belief that schools are a foundation for a better world, Erin leads with purpose to inspire future generations to live with impact, resilience, and happiness.
