Youlande Biosah is an educational leader, consultant, and advocate for equity in education, with a strong track record in school improvement, curriculum development, and advancing academic achievement. She is a Head of Secondary in the UAE, where she drives whole-school strategic development and staff leadership growth.
As the co-founder of Mindful Equity UK, Youlande is committed to increasing the representation of Black and Asian women in teaching and supporting their progression into leadership roles. A champion for diverse and inclusive leadership, she has chaired equity and inclusion boards, including OCR’s Equity Board, and currently serves as a Trustee for The Outward Bound Trust.
With 11 years of teaching and 8 years in senior leadership, Youlande holds a BSc in Psychology and an MA in Educational Leadership from UCL, with research focusing on race, agency, and leadership. Certified in IB leadership and safeguarding, she is passionate about building high-performing school cultures, fostering inclusivity, and driving professional development for educators.

She is an education leader, wellbeing scientist and international keynote speaker who has worked with hundreds of schools and organisations on systems leadership, wellbeing science, and education redesign internationally and been invited to speak across 5 continents. She has worked in both education and corporate environments and was awarded for teacher excellence at the University of Melbourne.
She is dedicated to empowering those around her and making education the best and most desirable system in the world where wellbeing, agency, authentic and meaningful learning as well as opportunities and excellence for all, is at the forefront.

Nimisha Tailor is a competition and regulation specialist with international experience. She has advised large tech companies, central banks, think tanks and international organisations in the areas of digital finance, digital trade, data governance, e-commerce and logistics. She has worked on consulting projects in Asia Pacific, United States and Latin America and brings a gender lens to digital policies and regulations. She is also the author of the book The Female Digital Revolution which showcases the role of women in the digital economy.
Previously, Nimisha was Deputy Director at the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore and has worked at competition authorities in United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia (secondment).
Nimisha is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders and mentors young female professionals and university students, globally and regionally. As a mentor for the NexGen Keynote Women Speakers programme, she has supported talented women to make impactful speeches on stage by drawing on her public and private sector work experience.
Nimisha served in the UK Government Economic Service and has a MSc degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
