Important Season Forms 

These are the forms needed to fill out in order to compete. These are due on Arbitar Sports on 10/31 or a week before the first competition that a team member is planning on competing in. Registration Instructions are as follows: 

• Create an Arbiter account at https://arbiter.io/ The new Arbiter athlete registration system will become active July 1, 2025. Each family will only need one account. All your students athletes will be housed under this account.

• Medical & Demographic Info Complete and/or Update - NO FORMS TO UPLOAD

• BSD7 Activity Agreement - Electronically sign 

• Student Athlete & Parent/Legal Guardian Concussion Statement - Electronically sign
