The Preschool Classes enjoyed some Fall activities. The students participated in games and snacks with the help of parent volunteers at the annual Fall Fest. The following week, students went trick or treating at the Field House, High School/Middle School Offices and visited the sixth grade classrooms for goodies as they practiced saying, “Trick or Treat and Thank you!”
Kindergarten has had a busy month! We started out by visiting our local fire department. Our day of Awesomeness was a HUGE hit. The students truly enjoyed this active morning. We then ended the month with some fun pumpkin activities, including carving with our families and a school favorite, the parade!
First grade students experienced their own election to choose which type of cookie is the favorite! This was a great lesson to help these young students understand the election process and the importance of ballots and all the other details!
I wanted to take a moment to share that our young artists have been busy preparing for our upcoming Veterans Day assembly. This event is a wonderful opportunity for us to honor the heroes in our community, and we truly cherish the chance to showcase our art in support of these important individuals.
As we come together to pay tribute to our veterans, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all those who have served. Your sacrifices do not go unnoticed, and we are excited to celebrate you every year on this special day.
