Fall is flying by! The first trimester has come to an end. We've celebrated our Veterans with the annual K-12 program. Parent teacher conferences have come to an end and the we are preparing for the season of thankfulness and gratitude!
I want to extend my gratitude for the ongoing support and collaboration within our school community. November is a month of reflection and appreciation, and here at Bryan Elementary, I am truly grateful for the dedication of our students, staff, and families. As we approach Thanksgiving, let’s remember to pause and identify things in each of our lives that we are thankful for. I am incredibly thankful to be part of such a supportive and engaged community. Thank you for everything you do to support the continued growth and excellence in the students of BE!
Wishing you and your family a warm and wonderful Thanksgiving season!
The Bryan quiz bowl team comprised of Bennett Schaffer, Jaxon Mills, Isreal Gonzales, Nolan Manahan, Sarah Kendrick, Coltin Rogers and led by Mrs. Jamie Morris represented BE well in this years competition. The event was hosted at Bryan Elementary and the golden bears came away with the first place trophy!! Congratulations to all on a great job!
This year on election day the halls were buzzing with excitement as students exercised their right to vote! 5th graders took to the poles casting their votes. In 3rd grade students voted for their favorite Dum - Dum flavor. Cotton Candy was the winner!
"Thanks for dining at Cafe BE"
Mrs. Valderas' class hosted a coffee bar the first Friday of November. They made and delivered a variety of coffees to staff, who are always excited to see this crew! This collaborative, project based learning experience has really taken off and not only have the students started sporting aprons, but they now have a custom logo (designed by the students themselves), and a special sign letting everyone know when Bear Brews is open for business.
