Staff Professional Development 

The School District of Bruce is committed to providing teachers with training on College and Career Readiness.  In 2025, a College and Career Readiness committee was established, consisting of counselors, teachers, staff, and students to review and revise our district academic and career planning goals and programming.  This committee is taking advantage of training opportunities provided by our CESA 10 partner, distributing training materials and information to our teachers, and will serve as facilitators and resources during the implementation of new and revised programming efforts in the future.

The College and Career Readiness committee is currently working on revising the portrait of a graduate and the 6-12 scope and sequence based around Career Pathways, the Perkins Grant, and College & Career Readiness programming.
