SuperKids
Superkids Foundational Skills Kit makes learning foundational skills joyful and successful. The kit provides systematic, explicit instruction and practice in the foundational skills students need to be successful readers and writers: print concepts, phonological awareness, phonics, word recognition, and fluency.
Each student will complete 16 units of 2nd grade instruction using daily routines to reinforce and informally assess decoding, spelling, writing, and editing skills. The foundational skills, along with spelling, word analysis, grammar, and vocabulary are taught and practiced using two Skills Books. Each student will also have access to paper, decodable books that will come home at the end of each week for continued practice.
