We now have the ability to let users know if they are using an older app version from now on, all new versions of Go Active! can check if there is a new version in the App store and Play Store. The users can choose to update later and we will remind them the next day they use the app, or choose to be sent to the store in order to update the app as soon as they see the message.
We can inform users within the app after an update, about what is new in the updated version of the app they are using. This will be used when we make changes to the app that affects users.
You can retrieve a QR-code for booked services that can be used for passage through a QR-code reader.
We've made changes to the group activity filter and facilities within the app. You no longer need to keep a separate list updated in the menu under "My Facilities", simply sort and filter in the group activity filter and it will remember your last search for facilities.
If mobile passage is used, users will now have an easier time checking into classes. Upcoming classes will be displayed on the explore page, so you can easily navigate to the class and check in to it.

If Metra external is used, the Self Service Station can inform the customer that they are not allowed to exit because of a locked locker, and which number that locker has.

A setting 'resourcePlannerCardWidth' (default 90) was added to control how many percent of a resource width a card should be occupying. The purpose is to make it possible to open a contract or creating a service booking depending on where you click. 90% is a suitable setting to let there be some space to the right where the user can left-click. Not everyone knew that some cards could be right-clicked to mimic a left click, this option is still there to be backward compatible. (TP51322 / 2023.2601)

No-show information is available in the Trainig History. If a member has received a no-show for a group activity, this information will be displayed for that group activity.
The subscription cancellation flow is linked with the freeze flow. If a member selects to cancel their subscription, they will receive a question if they would like to freeze it instead. They can then proceed with either canceling or freezing their subscription. This requires freeze and cancel subscription to be configured and enabled.
We have adjusted the wording in the checkout flow when buying products such as services, so it is more clear that the booking has to be checked out thorugh the shopping cart to be confirmed.
The phone browser experience of the web is improved, when using the web from a mobile phone browser
Filter logic improvements: these are improvements with the goal to minimize the amount of empty hits when doing filter combinations when searching for products. This work will be continued in next release as well to further improve it and cover all products.

The new wizard for freezing a subscription guides the user through the steps, provides instructions and makes sure the freeze rules, for how often and for how long a subscription can be frozen, are followed. If the customer is the user or payer of other subscriptions, the user has the option to freeze them at the same time. The wizard for unfreezing a subscription is launched from the person overview or from the subscription object view. It guides the user, step by step, providing configurable instructions and makes sure the freeze rules are followed, unless the user has the rights for overriding them. When a notification is sent to a customer who needs to show their student ID, or proof of employment at a specific organization, the new wizard for verifying customer type can be launched from person overview. A new setting "limitNumberOfFreePurchases" limits the number of free purchases based on price list to one per slot/day. This can be used to let a person with a subscription buy a free entrance every day, or for every slot, but still be required to pay for any additional entrances. This feature is still in beta. Customer Account is added as an available payment method in the app and web. Members can see their credit balance, limit and debt on My Pages. They can also view their credit purchases and pay their debt from My Pages.
Manually created fields can be used in the sign-up flow if additional personal information is wanted to gather from the members when they are signing up. These fields are defined in BRP Cloud Configuration and configured to be shown in the web & app sign-up flow. The data from this fields will be visible in Backoffice for the persons in the 'Own' tab.
We have developed support for Google Analytics 4, since the previous version (Universal Analytics) will be replaced and will not be able to use after July 1. Documentation will be provided on how to migrate the Universal Analytics setup to Google Analytics 4.
Improvement to the group activity filtering: facility and group activity type is considered in the filter selection so not all instructors and group activities are shown. Only activities and instructors available at the selected facility will be available to select from in the filtering.
New filter look for group activities in the app. In app version 2.93.18 we redesigned the look of the service booking filtering. Same has now been done for group activities.
The profile page in the app has been redesigned. Clicking on the Profile in the bottom bar will take the member to their profile page with links to statistics, preferred facilities, payment details, transactions, agreements & consents, my subscriptions, my valuecards etc. This information was previously reached by clicking on Profile > Settings.
