If services are used for contracts, that is, a person reserves a certain slot each week to play tennis (or any other service) and pays for that in advance, they can get compensated if they cancel their booking and another customer uses that slot. Now, the compensation product (the way the customer is compensated) can be set on the service product so that compensation is different for tennis and badminton. It is also possible to not only compensate with a value on customer account, but also with a value card with products that allows the customer to book another slot. Bug fix: If a campaign subscription product has a "Sales period", product will only appear on the web/app/API within that period. This is the same behavior as in Point Of Sale(Z2600064)

If 100 or more email messages are sent, the confirmation is not displayed in a "toast" that appears and then disappear after a few seconds. Instead, a dialogue is shown so the user has a chance to view the information and then close the popup. (TP45594 / 2022.3503) Read more here

If the customer account is used to pay noshow fees for classes, and the user does not user lacks RCP/direct debit mandate, there is now a setting "Use the subscription payer customer account for noshow fees if the user does not have a payment mandate" that if enabled attempts to charge the payer of one of the subscriptions. Subscriptions with unpaid invoices can automatically be rolled back and cancelled before next debit. This can be used if no invoice collection service is in place. (TP44566 / 2022.3905) Read more here

Improvements to the new cancel subscription wizard based on feedback (TP47711 / 2022.4206)

• The right "Subscription - Change end date" is required to end a subscription earlier than the bound until date.

• Show when each subscription will end in the confirmation

• Printing or sending the confirmation report is now optional

• The right "Subscription - Create final invoice" is required to create a final payment invoice.

• The language configured in the browser is prioritized for instruction message templates shown to the user

In the new kiosk mode that let the user select an activity before the entrance is created, we now verify that the user does not already have an active entrance (from using a value card at the door) before using another entrance from a value card. (TP46621 / 2022.2402)

If the setting "useLockerSubscriptions" is enabled, locker numbers can be added to subscriptions. Now, the criteria "Has locker" (yes/no) can be used in advanced selection on subscription to find subscriptions with lockers. Also, the sorting by locker number has been improved. If a resource has light control enabled, the lights can manually be turned on or off from the Resource Planner. Click the resource name and choose to turn the lights on or off. Improvements of Customer Retention

Facility level person groups was a feature in BRP Classic that is not in BRP Cloud. Because of this, we have removed the possibility to add facility level (local) person groups in BRP Configuration. (TP47629 / 2022.3304)

The booking rules now take daylight saving time into account, so that a class that can be booked three days in advance can be booked on the same time as the class, not one hour more or less. Support for alternate currency for countries that introduce the Euro (or any other currency). If the new setting 'alternativeCurrencyType' is set, receipts and invoices will present the sums in an alternate currency. POS will also always present the sum in this Currency Type in the payment dialog. (TP46285 / 2022.3303)

In Class Manager, Class Schedule Periods can now be created on a system/company/facility level, so that companies that share an installation can all have their own set of schedules. (TP47041 / 2022.3304)

Booking rules can now have fixed times for cancellation on booking rules. For example, all classes during the day may not be cancelled later than 21:00 the night before, and classes during the evening may not be cancelled later than 15:00 that afternoon. Entrance for events can be configured (on the product) so that the participant, the booker and data carriers added manually can enter some time before until some time after the event. This way, the participant or a parent (booker) can enter some time before the swimming school using their entrance cards or mobile entrance. (TP45200 / 2022.3303)

Entrance can now be configured on services, so that a person that has booked a service can enter from a specified time before the booked service. For example, a person who has booked a tennis court can enter using entrance card or their phone. (TP45200 / 2022.3303)

Value card subscriptions, that each time they are debited for a full period will add or top up a value card for the user. This way, the subscription holder can each month be assigned personal training sessions or snacks. (TP34624/ 2022.3303) Read more here

• A user that has the right to plan classes in Class Manager can also access the instructor request page for a specific resource from the resource card.

PIN code can be enabled for entrance on GT7 readers. The person entering only need a PIN code. No card. Recommended for cleaning, deliveries and similar. (TP36413 / 2022.1901)

This can be used for various purposes, but the main requirement is to alloq "Sales by proxy", that is, when one company is selling a product or parts of a product on behalf of another company. The Goals functionality (a part of Sales Management) can now be separated by Company with a setting. (TP45042 / 2022.1301)

Back Office: added a new column with responsible user on the refunds view. It is possible to filter on company as well as facilities and it is also possible to group on the new column in order to get a better overview on refunds per user.

Resource Planner: when adding a participant to a class, the user can choose to do this for the remaining classes in the series och classes by clicking the new button "Create repeating". By default, the remaining classes will be booked , but the end date or number of occasions can be changed manually. Read more here.

Back Office, Persons->detailed search: added a new field for searching on customer number that is a speedier option than standard search in larger installations.

Resource Planner: when changing repetion the user now gets a choice to add new occurances if the date interval is extended.  Read more here.

Added a new export template, similar to TrainingStatsForSelectedPersons but grouped by product instead of product group. One row per person, one column per group activity product.

Point of Sale: performance improvements with SafePay. The number of interactions towards SafePay is reduced when customer pays with something other than cash in order to speed up those purchases.

Resource Planner: improved user interface when changing repetitions on bookings. Added button called "Update occurrences" that will be enabled when something has changed in the repeat filters. There is also a text next to the button that shows how many occurances that the filter will affect.

BRP Sales Management: freeze filters for customer retention have been improved and clarified. Both start- and end dates are now enabled in order to make it possible to find members that are/have 1) frozen within a date interval (one or more dates) 2) freeze that starts within a date interval 3) freeze that ends within a date interval. BRP Configuration: added a search criteria when searching for staff (Staff->Staff). It is now possible to use one of three different conditions: "facility on person" (default, and also the previous behavior), "salary code on company" or "access to facility or company". Read more here.

BRP Point of Sale: added support for product additions for subscriptions in Point of Sale. Added an extra step in the wizard for products with additions. Configuration of the product additions is done at the subscription tab on the subscription product. It is for example possible to configure a member card to be mandatory. Read more here.

BRP Point of Sale: added the possibility to let members pay any purchase with RCP. The member must have an active RCP mandate and the setting payWithAuthorizedCardInPOS must be set to true. This setting activates a New button, "Authorized card", in Point of Sale. Read more here.

BRP Cloud: Class products can now be configured so they require the participant to pay for the class. Members can pay with value card in booking kiosk (value cards can now contain classes). Note: this is a preparation for a later version of BRP mobility. There You will be able to book a class online and then pay in the booking kiosk.
