• To ensure that register journals remain correct, only BRP staff can change the names of register units. (TP57740 / 2024.110401)

• Entrance QR codes sent by email, or displayed in the mobility app can now be used in Metra readers (Metra external mode) (Pilot) (TP56593 / 2024.0603)

• All hard coded currency has been removed, so that for example reports always display the configured currency. (TP51858 / 2024.0604)

• Icelandic Point of Sale receipts now allow negative prices and that purchases and refunds are combined on the same receipt. (TP55934 / 2024.0901)

New features

• List Entrances in app - The app can now list normal entries and grouped entries (multiple entries on the same time slot)

• Upload Profile Picture - You can now let users take and upload their own profile pictures from the app. This requires a setting to be activated, you will also need to manually approve profile pictures via backoffice before they are used. Read more here.

• Freeze Request (Pilot) - You are now able to send in a request to freeze your subscription, you can also attach a document with your freeze request such as a doctors notice. Read more here.

• Entrance Packages (Pilot) - You can now purchase entrance packages on the web and view them in the app and on the web. An entrance package includes multiple entries for the same time slot.

USER EXPERIENCE & OTHERS

• Notify Customer on suspension - If you have been suspended for not paying your invoice and have been blocked for entrance, we will notify you via a push notification.

• Adjust value card flow - Choosing yourself or another receiver should now make more sense in the value card flow.

• Remove bound until - If you have passed the bound until date on your active subscription, we will no longer show it.

• Bottom Menu for classes - You can now show "Classes" in the bottom menu of the app, without using a group activity web category. Read more here. 

• Web Service Booking Flow - You will now have to login earlier in the service booking flow, this way we can make sure the user doesn't miss out on anything related to their user, such as price lists and customer types.

• Staff Mode Only (Pilot)  - Ability to only show Staff Mode of the app. Read more here.

• The register unit field on staff is removed, and values set on that field are ignored. This field was used to assign personal register units, but since control units (fiscalization) were introduced, the functionality should no longer be used. (TP56510 / 2023.5202)

• The new right "Invoice - Payment plan" gives the user access to the button "Installment" in Point of Sale, without the need of having the "Invoice" right. Users with the "Invoice" right still have access to the "Installment" button in Point of Sale. (TP55922  / 2023.4906)  Read more here

• A system administrator can now enable the column "Person ID" in both the person and subscription list. The field is unique to each person in the installation, and can not be changed by the user. (TP56181 / 2023.4906)

• A system administrator can now enable the column "Type" (product type) in the product list in the Configuration module. This way, it is possible to separate products with the same name, but with different types. (TP56204 / 2023.4902)

• 20 more report templates are now translatable (does not contain any hard coded language) (TP49209 / 2023.4601

• The system administrator can choose if a report template should be active or not. (TP55403 / 2023.5002)

• The setting instantSyncToAssaArx makes BRP sync a person with ASSA ARX instantly, for any of these events (TP57232 / 2023.5105)

  • A deviation is created, changed or removed. For example if a subscription is frozen.

• The Self Service Station inactivity timer, which returns the station to the start page, now resets on many more user actions, such as moving between menu pages or adding items to the cart. FILTERING

• We've added support for Product Labels within the app and web, making it easier to group up different products into different categories in the class filter.

• We've improved the filtering for customers who use regions in the app and web.

• While browsing for subscriptions to purchase on the web, the filter will now only show options that give results, options without a result will be hidden.

SIGNING UP

• Norwegian customers with a Vipps-integration can now fetch their personal information in the app and web while signing up.

• You can now direct link to specific subscriptions on the web, including subscriptions in hidden web categories.

PERFORMANCE & USER EXPERIENCE

• If a person already exists and they try to sign up again with the same information, we will let the user know and guide them to logging in instead or reseting their password if they forgot their credentials.

• Design & UX-improvements to the web, better coloring, contrast, sizing and space use.

• When you haven't used the app for a while, it will start on the explore page the next time you open it.

• Performance improvements to the app and web, listing and filtering group activities has a reduced load time, letting users load and select more products and resources in the filter.

• If you use the mobile web instead of the app, you can now also view your checked-in status under My Bookings for group activity classes.
