All BRP Telwater Team members are allowed, and encouraged, to book out our EVP units; however, there are a few things you need to check off first:

• You must have a valid Government issued boat / PWC / motorcycle licence, and have completed the appropriate BRP Ride Safely training before loaning a vehicle.

• We expect you to complete your mandatory certification before any ride on a BRP vehicle. Certificates are valid for a three-year period. Certification is done online, click this link for all the details BRP Ride Safely online certification (if you don't have a brp.com email you can register via the non-employee section).

• To give everyone a chance to take advantage of this incredible benefit, you can reserve a maximum of 1 vehicle at a time, for a total of up to 4 days. 

• If you decide not to use a product, however last minute, please update your booking in the calendar as someone else may take the opportunity to use them.

• Vehicle pick-up takes place in front of Plant 2. Please ensure that you arrive at your scheduled appointment time.

• Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis. We can’t guarantee vehicle availability & you will be advised if bookings require changes due to business use of products. 

• The vehicle will be ready to drive (full tank of fuel, registered, clean etc.). Please make sure to bring it back in the same condition. Fuel is at your expense.

• Loan program is applicable to all employees that have formally completed their probation period.
