The 2023-2024 school year has been producing such great artistry and academic successes and we are proud to be supporters of our students!


The 2023-2024 Parent Association's theme is "Building Unity within the Community" and we look forward to building more connections among parents and staff during the school year!

We as a Parent Association can't be successful education partners without the help of your donations.  You can make a one-time donation during our semi-annual, or set up a recurring donation to cover the entire school year, but either way, everyone's help will make a difference!

No donation amount is too big or too little.  Keep in mind we are a 501c3 not for-profit entity, so check with your employer regarding any employer match opportunities as well!

UPCOMING EVENTS

Enjoy an afternoon of painting, snacks and meeting other families from BHSA.  This event is open to 50 people.  No painting experience needed!  Come and get to know your school community. 


Parents and Guardians may bring their High School student aged 14 years and up.  Each person attending must be signed up in one of the available slots.  Supplies and food will provided to the 50 people to sign up.

Your student will be bringing home a paper copy of the School Survey, however, you also have the option to complete it online.  You do NOT need to do both.


Join BHSA’s revamped Diversity, Inclusion, Culture, and Equity (DICE) Committee

Brooklyn Arts is revamping the DICE Committee and is seeking representation from students, parents, faculty, and administration. Facilitated by BHSA faculty member Andrew Savage, DICE will lead candid conversations about race and equity in our schools, communities, and country, and work to develop and advance equity efforts throughout our school year.
