BHSA PA Bylaws and DOE Chancellor's Regulations
In accordance with DOE regulations, we are required to maintain a governing body document that covers the activities of the Association. The BHSA Parent Association’s Bylaws is our governing guidance and has been written in adherence with the A-660 DOE Chancellor's Regulations. The Bylaws along with any subsequent amendments or material revisions must be presented and approved by the PA general body.
