The Roland 540 is connected to the computer using the locally downloaded driver, VersaWorks and allows users to edit graphics and text and also permits the uses of JPG and PDF files in the custom designs.
All materials, machines and machine time are included as part of academic study and growth. All projects that are required for a class have NO cost.
For individual ideas and projects created outside of school requirements there is a cost for materials (ink, media, grommets, etc.) and machine time. For vinyl printing and cutting prices are calculated by the linear foot of material used. (There may be an Ink Surcharge.). These materials are 54 inches wide. Costs can vary greatly and are subject to market conditions. Currently, we can print in the following materials:
Vinyl Banner ($18.00 per linear foot) (Material is 54 inches wide) + (Ink Surcharge if applicable)
Window Cling ($18.00 per linear foot) (Material is 54 inches wide) + (Ink Surcharge if applicable)
Glossy Photobase Paper (Poster) ($18.00 per linear foot) (Material is 54 inches wide) + (Ink Surcharge if applicable)
Glossy Calendared Vinyl (Stickers) ($18.00 per linear foot) (Material is 54 inches wide) + ($0.50/ml of ink used)
Matte Calendared Vinyl (Stickers) ($18.00 per linear foot) (Material is 54 inches wide) + ($0.50/ml of ink used)
We can also print Heat Transfer Vinyl. The material is 30 inches wide and costs $15.00 per linear foot.
You will get a price quote before your file is printed and jobs must be paid for before they are completed.
